My name is Scott Dudek. I retired in 2011 as a sergeant with the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office after 27 plus years. Prior to moving to California, I was a police officer in State of Connecticut for 5 years.
During my time with the sheriff’s office I worked in the Criminal Investigations unit for 22 years. I was a detective/sergeant in charge of the Special Investigations Unit. This unit investigated narcotic, vice, undercover operations and sophisticated and confidential criminal investigations. The last 10 years of my career I was in charge of the homicide unit, cold case unit and the adult missing person unit. I am most proud that my units had one of the highest solve rates of any police or sheriff’s office in the entire bay area. During the last 17 years I was also a member of the sheriff’s office elite Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit (bomb squad). I have qualified as an expert in both Federal and State courts in numerous areas of criminal law.
As a private investigator, my plan is the same as it has been for my 32 years in law enforcement. This plan is to work hard, produce an excellent work product and surround myself with some of the most talented and knowledgeable individuals as possible. If you ever need my services please feel free to contact me. I look forward to working with you in the future. Please feel free to contact me 24/7 at (925)705-8328
